St Louis Blues vs Winnipeg Jets Hockey Prediction 3-3-17
The St. Louis Blues have been up and down this season. Since the firing of Ken Hitchcock, they have seemed to fix the ship. Although they lost to Chicago last time out on the ice, they did play really well. It’s just the Hawks are on a roll, and their offense cannot be stopped.
St Louis finally traded away Kevin Shattenkirk, in which they had no choice. He was in the final year of his contract. It was evident for years the Blues have not been happy with Shattenkirk, and he will be missed on the power play.
The Winnipeg Jets have been a team that would like to pick up some wins, who doesn’t? However, their lack of production has been a joke this season and seasons before. In fact, one player the Jets did have who was consistent was traded, and that was Drew Stafford who ended up going to the Bruins. I’m personally a fan of Stafford, about time he went to a team that fits his style.
Free Betting Pick: St Louis Blues
The Blues will end up picking up the win here. However, it is going to be a lot closer than what the Blues expect. I really liked the effort against Chicago, and I expect that effort to keep up, eventually paying off. Particularly against a pathetic Jets squad. St Louis should win 3-1
- This is not an official pick, it has no rating and it will not be documented. It’s for entertaining purposes only.
