Carolina Panthers vs New Orleans Saints Week 6 Prediction 10-16-16
Carolina is falling off back to back losses against Minnesota, Atlanta, and Tampa Bay. And are now playing on a short week having fallen at home to the Buccaneers on Monday night.
The New Orleans Saints are coming off a bye week. New Orleans started 0-3. But found a way to win in the final minutes to beat San Diego 35-34 two weeks back.
Carolina Panthers Preview
The Panthers’ defense was not as terrible as it was the previous week in Atlanta. Yet the unit still battled when it mattered most in Monday night’s 17-14 home loss to the Buccaneers. In the wake of kicking an FG with 1:49 remaining in the game and the score tied 14-14. Tampa Bay drove on an 11-play, 66-yard drive. And winning on a 38-yard field goal by Roberto Aguayo.
A major issue for the Panthers is that the offense is turning the ball over at an alarming rate. Carolina has hacked it up 14 times this season; they completed the whole 2015 regular season with only 19 turnovers.
New Orleans Saints Preview
Pretty much every head mentor in football says his group’s bye week comes at a decent time. All things considered, there is never an awful time for a bye week. Keeping in mind it is additionally just mentoring talk, it might be valid for the Saints.
Left handle Terron Armstead (knee), center-linebacker James Laurinaitis (quadriceps), linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (quadriceps) and tight end Josh Hill (lower leg) all missed Week 4. Every one of the five are considered week to week.
