Taylor Hall of the Edmonton Oilers already experienced a freak accident one month ago. And last night, Hall experienced another freak accident.
OK maybe it’s not as big of a freak accident as the first one where he had to get 30+ stitches to his forehead. But the luck on this kid is starting to run out as it seems.
Cory Sarich of the Calgary Flames was eyeing up Hall from the start, but in Hall’s defense he lost his edge making him go down to the ice and taking a direct hip check to his head slamming his head onto the ice.
Or did Hall sense the hit coming and decided to just fall to the ice, making things more serious then what could have been?
By the way, Taylor Hall has a concussion and is expected to miss the remainder of the 2011-2012 NHL Regular Season. Playoffs? If you thought the Oilers would make the playoffs, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible.
